Binding & serging, as a service
Bring your own material — the broadloom you specified, your client's carpet, a remnant worth saving. We cut it to dimension and finish the edges in-house: classic binding, serging, wide fabric borders, piping, or stud accents.

The workroom behind your carpet spec
Most of our trade work is the binding itself: a designer has the perfect broadloom picked out and needs it turned into a stair runner with a serged edge, or an area rug sized precisely to a furniture plan. Material you supply or source is welcome — we fabricate, finish the edges in-house, and install on your schedule across Northern Virginia and the DC metro area: Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, McLean, and beyond.
Show the client before you commit the budget
Our AI visualizer renders a chosen carpet into a photo of the client's own staircase or hallway — finished edges included. Designers on our trade list get free preview credits to use on client projects; it's the fastest way we know to turn “I'm not sure about a runner” into a signed-off selection.
